Service includes upgrading any revision of ADL-1 hardware to latest firmware and return shipping.
Instructions:
- Remove batteries from the printer, if you send it with batteries you will not get them back.
- Pack printer securely in a box and ship it back to us via USPS. Make sure you include a printed copy of your order so we know who to send the printer back to. We will ship it back to the shipping address on the order – no exceptions .
