Shipping Policy

We use USPS Priority shipping for all packages unless prior arrangements have been made.  We have found it is the best value for our customers and in most cases the packages arrive in 2 – 3 business days.

We DO NOT ship packages outside the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns are accepted. It an item is defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

​If you need to send an item back for repair, email with a description of the problem and we will send you a PDF file containing a shipping label. Print it and put it on the same size box the item came in and drop it off at the post office.

​Please DO NOT ship batteries back to us, it just complicates things at the post office.
